WWIO Pro Team
WWIO Pro Team is the professional hosted option, offering the complete suite of WWIO features. Additionally, all your data is backed up automatically for 30 days, ensuring you never lose critical information.

WWIO Starter
Our WWIO Starter package offers a FREE entry point for individuals and small organizations. This tier provides access to a range of essential WWIO features, including the ability to upload and download large files, integrate with email services, and export data to Google Sheets.
While the Starter plan grants access to extended features, usage will be metered to ensure fair use and maintain service quality (as of June 2024, the exact policy is TBD, so please Contact Us if you're interested). This tier is perfect for those who need basic tools for small-scale projects or who are experimenting with WWIO's capabilities before committing to a higher tier.
The Starter plan is designed to give you a taste of WWIO's powerful features at no cost, making it an excellent starting point for new users. Enterprise Plan

WWIO Open Core
The core functionality of the WWIO system is available as an open source product. Anyone can download and install this software free of charge. WWIO requires only Java, Python, and SQLite to run, so it should run on any modern operating system. The open core version provides all of the basic functionality of the platform. You will be able to build apps, create datasets, upload/download SQLite files, and so on.
Out of the box, you will not be able to use some of the extended features of the hosted WWIO solution, such as email/SMS integration, blob storage, Google Sheet integration, etc. However, you can implement these features - and others of your own creation - by writing some plugin code. For example, in order to send emails using WWIO, you will need to implement a plugin that connects the WWIO code to an email provider.
Supporting the Open Core version of WWIO is very important to us. It should be possible to run WWIO on a Raspberry Pi, a free tier AWS instance, or that old computer you bought in 2005 that's been collecting dust in the attic. If you have any problems getting the software to run, please reach out.
The Open Core version is also an option, in addition to WWIO Enterprise, for companies who want to run WWIO on their own infrastructure. While this option comes with less support, it should be very doable for orgs with a modest degree of in-house technical staff.
